The works for Pharo – a new multi-directional complex near Citylife – are now in a lively moment: after the laying of the first staff at the end of February, now it’s time, to begin with, the first cell. The process that provided the lifting hooks of the airframe’s test to proceed in complete safety began during the second week of March.
The project, which provides a total of 3.000 cells – 14.000 mq – to form the building and a podium area of 1.000 mq for the ground floor, is LEED Gold certified. All the materials and procedures – in fact – were decided to adopt the highest sustainability criteria to testify the real estate’s greater attention to the environment.
Gualini’s attention, cure, and professionalism contribute to creating an incredible quality and low environmental impact building, which can respond to the growing demand for office to combine quality, sustainability, and design.
