Project Description
Cap 3000 is a shopping center located in the immediate outskirts of Nice. The origins of the shopping center date back to the late 1960s, when Jean Demogé have had the idea of opening a shopping mall near Nice airport. It was inaugurated in 1969 ahead of time and was inspirational for the American shopping centers of that time. It was the second largest shopping center in France. Over the years it has been expanded four times, the last in 2016.
