CAP 3000

CAP 3000 is a shopping center located on the outskirts of Nice. The origins of the shopping center date back to the late 1960s , when Jean Demogé had the idea of opening a shopping center near Nice airport.

It opened in 1969 ahead of schedule and was an inspiration for the American shopping centers of that time. It was the second largest shopping center in France. Over the years it has been expanded four times, most recently in 2016.
