Cariparma - Green Heart

An urban intervention in Parma with low environmental and energy impact, for the project to expand the Cavagnari Business Center of Banca Cariparma. A large park: the green heart.

The buildings are bioclimatic with the application of the “minimum, simple and green” energy strategy.

The new volumes, generated by the geometries of the original settlement, are arranged around the perimeter of the area to defend and leave free in the center a large green space; green not only used for its landscape and environmental value, but also a generator of summer microclimate.
