Confindustria headquarters

Built in the “Kilometer Red Science and Technology Park”, the building is characterized by an area of 6,500 square meters, four floors above ground, an auditorium with 260 seats and bioclimatic greenhouses.

The building consists of large glazed surfaces, a “double skin” system and a solar protection system that guarantee controlled lighting and excellent energy efficiency. Then, a flexible and modular office area was created, both in architecture and plant engineering, able to allow the reconfiguration of environments over time.
