LCP Trecate XXL

Located in Trecate (NO), LCP Trecate XXL concerns the construction of a new logistics hub for the international luxury fashion brand “Kering”.

The project involves the construction of two new buildings, called “Body A” and “Body B”, consisting of warehouses suitable for warehouse activities and accompanied by the presence of three office buildings located on the main front of the same, respectively one for building A and two for building B.

Gualini was awarded the construction of the envelopes of the three buildings, consisting of continuous facades with aluminum posts and beams, with the presence of an “all-glass” aesthetic on the external front thanks to the presence of a system for fixing semi-structural sheets and silicone sealing. There are also parts that can be opened to protrude with glass structurally glued in the factory.

The façade is enriched and personalized by extruded aluminum sunshades, placed in front of the glazed surfaces, as well as some strongly symbolic aluminum elements called “telescopes”, which form frames on the façade capable of giving dynamism and a distinctive design to the envelopes.
