Mareterra, a name inspired by the harmonious flow of oceans and land, is the ambitious project for the new sustainable district of incredible design in Monaco, wanted by Prince Albert himself. The names of the designers announce the future quality of Mareterra: Valode & Pistre Architectes, Renzo Piano with his Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Michel Desvigne's Landscaping studio.
From Port Hercule to Larvotto Beach, they will extend: a luxurious park, an elegant seaside promenade, a small port, homes and spaces open to the public. The protagonist of the outdoor spaces is greenery: the plants, native to the Mediterranean, will surround the area and the promenades, allowing residents and guests to reconnect with nature and appreciate the beauty of the place.
Gualini has designed and supplied curtain walls, glazed doors and stone cladding for the commercial windows of the port.
