Maximall Pompeii, a new tourist, commercial, hospitality and restaurant hub, will be built a few steps from the Pompeii excavations, in Torre Annunziata.
Oriented to quality design and the urban redevelopment of the coast, the center will cover a total area of 200,000 square meters. The numbers of the project are of great impact: the hub will house about 130 stores on two levels, a 4-star hotel with more than 135 rooms, an auditorium of 1,100 seats on about 3,000 square meters that incorporates a cinema with 8 cinemas, a theater and a conference room, restaurants spread over 3,000 square meters and an outdoor square-amphitheater of 6,500 square meters overlooking a dancing fountain.
The entire mall will be built in terms of environmentally sustainable construction, thanks - in particular - to a highly customized all-glass roof, and will be surrounded by a green park equipped and open to the public of 50,000 square meters.
Gualini is one of the protagonists of the project, signed by the prestigious Design International studio, thanks to the supply, production and installation of the innovative glass roof.
