Eden Palace

The intervention consists of the building recovery of the building called “ex-UPIM” overlooking Piazza della Libertà, the Morpurgo Gardens and Piazza Duomo. The new building complex, called Palazzo EDEN, represents the new heart of the historic center of Udine and offers an unparalleled perspective of the city.

The building is characterized by a stepped architecture with sculpted lines and a contemporary character, developed on seven floors above ground. The complex consists of 31 residential units that will all have a double view: on the street and on the internal courtyard.

The building envelope is characterized by full-height glass walls made with large sliding windows that allow you to create bright environments and allow you to create suggestive and engaging spaces.
