Porta Nuova Residence

In Milan, a new connecting axis with great prospective impact has been created between the historic Corso Como and the Garibaldi station, which integrates residences with spaces intended for retail. The buildings that make up the curtain wall of the new route are three, the general composition scheme is common: three underground levels extended throughout the intervention lot, a continuous, wide-ranging and fully glazed commercial “podium” on the ground floor, on which the residential levels are set, in numbers varying from three to five floors.

The residential intervention, thanks to a careful choice of materials, recreates a perfect proportion between full and empty spaces.
