Retail Park - To Dream

The northeastern area of Turin, in the former Michelin industrial area, has taken on a new life: “To Dream”, the new Turin Urban District, has been born. The complex is spread over a GLA of 85,000 square meters and houses a commercial area, services, entertainment and an innovative 45,000 square meter Open Mall where the best national and international fashion, lifestyle and food & beverage operators have settled. There is also a hotel, a gym and areas dedicated to recreational activities, all surrounded by large green areas.

Gualini is proud to be among the protagonists of this innovative project, which is a candidate to become a reference point for the commercial, service, restaurant and entertainment offer in Piedmont. Our company was responsible for the production and installation of continuous facades, including some arched windows, for a lot intended for outlet space and for the hotel.
