Ponte di Legno will have a new, valuable place dedicated to well-being and relaxation: the new SPV Thermal Baths will be built in Piazzale Europa, in the beating heart of the town. The structure is designed on three main elements: water, light and well-being will cheer up the stay of future guests of the structure. The project, designed by the architect Marco Casamonti — Archea Associati — is inspired by the natural landscape of the area and, in particular, by the crevasses found on the glaciers.
A light and modern structure, which will fit harmoniously into the surrounding landscape, although it differs in style and materials used from existing buildings. The building will be spread over eight floors — two underground and six above ground — for a total area of about 5,700 square meters.
Gualini deals with the production, supply and installation of continuous glazed facades and window frames, including elegant crystal doors that will help to make the internal environment of the spa even more suggestive.
