The ChorusLife project is the innovative smart district model for the recovery and redevelopment of abandoned areas, from which to give new impetus to urban development and to the progress of society. Born from the vision of “City of the Future” by Cav. Domenico Bosatelli - where the concepts of people's well-being, smart technology and sustainable architecture are perfectly integrated with each other -, ChorusLife places at the center of the model its replicability, everywhere and without limits: a modular design system, capable of offering solutions and services to be dedicated to the individual and the city, which are harmoniously integrated with the surrounding territory. Making all this a reality will be GSM - Space to places: a revolutionary digital platform that coordinates the needs of smart cities and smart buildings at multiple levels.

The intervention in Bergamo redevelops an abandoned industrial area that covers 150,000 square meters. The beating heart of ChorusLife Bergamo will be the 6,500-seat indoor arena, where you can attend concerts, congresses and live shows of all kinds. The Arena will be covered with a characteristic “dynamic façade”, composed of thousands of aluminum tiles that, moving with the wind and reflecting lights and images during the night, will create an iridescent and spectacular effect.

In the smart district there will also be 74 residences, a 4*S Hotel, shops, squares, green areas and an Urban SPA. The wellness area of ChorusLife Bergamo, in particular, will be characterized by overlapping volumes and continuous facades with curved glass that give the building an extremely innovative aspect.
