Built within the Green Building Campus of Vimercate, the complex is part of a real estate transaction that involves the construction of 5 buildings intended for production and research activities with a technological purpose.

The building consists of two 3-storey buildings, called GB02 and GB03, united by a reception and connecting body, called Gate02. The building is characterized by large transparent windows, by a system of irregular sunshades of different colors that give dynamism to the building and by a system of climbing green for the connecting body.
