The ED.G.E. — Garibaldi Executive Buildings project, located in Via Don Luigi Sturzo, 45 in Milan, is an irregularly planned building consisting of three buildings, connected to each other and with different heights along the planimetric development.
The building complex of the former Executive Hotel, known to the general public as the old headquarters of the soccer market, involves the renovation of the existing buildings and a partial elevation.
The buildings are characterized by the presence of glazed facades of the type with posts and beams, which are aesthetically differentiated in the various elevations due to the size of the glazed modules.
Another distinguishing element of the envelope is the presence of horizontal and vertical external pilasters, in fiber-reinforced concrete in the existing volumes and in aluminum in those of new construction.
