Sei Milan

Sei Milano, the innovative “inhabited park” at the service of the city, was born in Milan, a few minutes from Piazza Duomo.

This is a modern urban and landscape redevelopment project, which transforms the environment by generating a new landscape thanks to the construction of a garden city completely inserted within a park of 160,000 square meters.

A unique feature are the three architectural typologies (one for each Milanese character), overlooking a relaxing pedestrian walk that crosses the entire neighborhood.

The absolute protagonist of the complex is the natural environment, the watchword “Healthy Everyday Life”: residents and visitors of Sei Milano can enjoy bike paths, walks and many other outdoor activities, as well as smart homes, equipped with a home automation system, built based on sustainability and safety.

The project is a candidate for LEED Platinum certification.

Gualini, who became one of the protagonists of the project in July 2021, was responsible for the supply and installation of cell facades (in aluminum and mesh), continuous facades with uprights and beams, very special “cantilevered” sails and glazed parapets for the buildings of the “T Sector”, dedicated to the tertiary sector.
